Good Customer service and the food is good

The boneless wings were so tender and juicy! Moving up our list of the best boneless! We had spicy garlic and mild is good too if you can't handle the heat!

Always a great meal. I've never had anything that wasn't good there.

Service was slow and unfriendly. Waitress was quite distant and only came around when flagged down. Saw her sitting with other customers and pretty much uninterested in providing service.

I'm going to date myself when i say this but I've been eating at Hooters since I was 19.... and that was 24 years ago. Since then they've come up with some good appetizers and side dishes but ultimately we know why we eat here, THE WINGS!!! Truth be told these wings are weak, tiny, over cooked and even more overpriced. The sauces are still perfect but you get more sauce than wing nowadays and the service is really poor more often than not. We eat here more than we should because of nostalgia but truly they have lost their way. Take a Wing Stop, Buffalo Wild, Bayou City, or a local On The Rox, Hooter Wing and put them next to each other... then ask why is the biggest company of all of them serving the smallest wing??? We're all suckers... lol

Best wings. Especially smoked jerk wings.

I ordered 20 Cajun wings and the wings where plane talked with the manager and he asked me to bring them to the door he opened the wings and pointing his finger at the wings with gloves on telling me they are Cajun, now if we have to stand six feet away from people why would you think I want those wings back and he is nearly touching the wings? I told him I did not want those he told me he has gloves on but he is touching everything else like the door he open, the key to unlock the door, the door handle and etc....what ever happened to customer Good service Be careful when eating here and watch your food

Good service, food has improved!

Only about 8 occupied tables and 4 servers, and we still Waited forever just to be noticed by our server, then at least 20 minutes just for a few fountain drinks. Another 20 min for 1 appetizer which was served cold. Then almost an hour for food. 4 orders of wings , served cold and seriously over cooked and under sauced. (Like dry) When we asked for more sauce for the wings, we were charged for it along with several extra ranches we never asked for and didn't use. $117 was the bill for 4 small orders of wings and 4 drinks . no wonder people told me this place sucks. Guess I learned the hard way. Next time we're craving wings we'll go the extra mile or two to BWW.

We went here after a funeral for a fellow first responder and the staff was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.

My favorite place for wings. I walked in and ordered to go, stepped outside, and my food was ready quickly, then brought to me outside the front door. Great service at this location!

Never in a million years would I even suggest to anyone let’s go to Hooters but these past couple months we tried it out for a specific fight and had the best experience then and since. I’m still not a huge fan of the wings but I’m really picky. Their appetizers tho have been really good! I’m in love with the cheese sticks! The service each time has been on point, friendly and attentive. I’ll gladly go back!

Seriously never again!!! It's been a while since I was last here and things have changed for the worse!! Tell me why on earth if I ask for extra lemons for water, you are gonna use your bare hand?!!! Use prongs for god sake!!! Ask for a fork and it comes out of a cup where every single waitress with potentially dirty hands touch!! What ever happened to the rolled silverware?! Seeing waitresses clean tables with the rag and then grabbing forks to give to patrons without washing their hands... every single one of them did this!! How do I know this?! I was sitting by their little station and never again!! Hooters yall need to get it together, such pretty girls with horrible serving manners!!

The wings of course will always be consistent. Every single Hooters is different in its own way and I absolutely love the environment. However this specific one is absolutely catered to all men. I am not a feminist but I believe in customer service this place does not have it.

Great food and great friendly service. Also has full kids menu with great selections! Plenary of choices of beer on Tap.

For those who don't eat meat and/or haven't had meat in a while, THE MEATLESS WINGS are your chicken reincarnate. Fantabulous!

What can I say, I love going to Hooters from time to time, this rating is for the Hooters experience, I had a Coors light, which was ICE cold, amazing. Little pieces of frozen beer in it. I also had the smoked Texas BBQ chicken wings, they were very good. My server was a cute girl, I liked her, she was very nice and caring. This Hooters in in my top 10 Hooters nation wide. I would come back.

As usual everything was great.A good time and dinner for my wife and I.

Their food is way better than it used to be. The service was good as well.

The fact I didn't get my food till after we were leaving was bad enough....the wings were SUPER tiny. I'd go back for a drink, that's about it.

I was greeted and complimented by the beautiful hooters girl, as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere is great, my hooter girl was very sweet and attentive, The GM Jose came by our table and he was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our experience there at hooters, The food was delicious I ordered the crab legs and they were very well seasoned. I will be coming back again. Thank you Hooters!

Easy to put an order for to go. My order was out pretty quick after placing. Staff was extremely friendly. Completely satisfied in every way. Love the wings here ! Come all the way over here just for that reason. The manager was great and understanding as well so thank you so much for that.

Current staff are professionally behaved. I did not observe any servers who attempted to change your mood from bored to content or happy. My server let my food sit on ready shelf for 5 min, then A happy manager, nice guy, got my food. My server did ok, but, not great. You can bring Grandma here, it's fine, now it's a family atmosphere.

I was picking up an order and was 5 minutes early. They said it was almost ready. 10 minutes later they said it was being bagged up. After 10 MORE minutes the manager tells me, "I'm sorry, your food was given to someone else, we are making yours now" WHAT?!?!?! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Been to many different Hooters locations and this is my favorite. When you’re not watching one of the countless sports screens, there are plenty of beautiful HooterS Girls who love your attention.

Tempersture taken in the entrance and social distancing in place but servers weren't wearing masks. We still enjoyed it and felt safe.

Great staff food is always hot and beer is cool.. can't wait until football starts back up..👍😷👌🤪😋😋

Normal Hooters restaurant. Ok food, longer wait, especially at lunchtime. Clean with attentive wait staff.

Honestly, this Hooters has the worseeeeee customer service ever. Took exactly one hr for our food to come to the table and when it finally arrives, our food was cold. On top of all that, we didn’t get silverware after asking for some several times. The two girls in the front literally just stood there confused about me asking for forks! I would never in a million years recommend this place & let me tell y’all, I love me some hooters boneless honey chipotle wings but I will never return to this place where girls don’t even have common sense. So disappointing!

Sports bar atmosphere with lots of Tv's. Really good food and great service.

Was told we had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated because kitchen was backed up. Half of the restaurant was empty. 6 of the wait staff was standing chatting by hostess when we entered. No effort to accommodate customer. A pick up customer was expressing frustration because when she arrived her order still wasn't ready. Poor management in Humble location !

Fries were terrible an food was over salted. An they were allowing people to come thru the patio bypassing covid check points

Been here on 25 Jan with a couple of friends. Place was like 70-80% full. We have been greeted by a nice employed that quickly gave us a table. The ordering process was fast and smooth, Cecilia, our server, always smiling and friendly. We got our beers almost immediately togheter with the chips. After about 15 min the main dish. Food was good, not overpriced. In my opinion this place is certainly worth a visit

The appetizer took 30 minutes, with the main course coming a few minutes later. Additionally, the wings were severely overcooked. The waitress was apologetic, and explained the situation, she did her job; however, the experience was not a good one.

Haven't been to Hooters for 10+ years. Kiddo was starving and chicken was on the menu. Wait staff was great! Had kiddo stuff for him to doodle with. The food was (dare I say) good? It was nice seeing a more expanded menu. If I was in the same pinch, we'd come again!

Been here several times, this time was better!! Service was great, food was hot, and we were in and out in time to get back to the job!! Ask for Kenzie went you get there!! Great job!!

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The macaroni was delish. Fried pickles were too! Bathrooms were clean as well as the dining area. Food was out in a reasonable time. I really have no complaints except that if you wind up having to park in the back you have a long walk to the door.

Came in and was seated. Sat there no service. Table next to me emptied cleaned and resealed. Still no service. Another party in and serviced. Still no one shows up. I'm gone. Screw this for service

Great place. Service was alright. The only real issues were the table was uneven and wobbly. Also the waitstaff took a little while to get back to me so I can pay. But other than that, it was a great first impression!

This place is terrible, my burger was dry and gross!!

Hooters in Humble: Chicken was burnt and customer service was trash at the bar. I literally had to flag the bartenders down for everything, silverware, refills, the check... Just not good!!
